A meeting of the university and school students with Ulyanovsk Region Governor Sergey Morozov and Catholic University of Leuven R&D Center Director Martin Hinoul took place within the scope of the Youth Day at the International Renewable Energy Forum ARWE 2019.
"We have an extraordinary opportunity to look into the future. I know how you will live and what will surround you. I know that we are all going to live in an ecologically clean region, that you will be accompanied with a host of technological machines, and you will live at a many times higher pace than I do," shared Sergey Morozov during his meeting with the young people. "I know this because my team which now heads the Ulyanovsk Region and I, personally, were for many years supported by a unique person who can turn science fiction into reality. Around himself, he has "made" a multitude of people who are sure of themselves; he made them dollar millionaires who have built their fortunes on technology entrepreneurship, on transformation of knowledge into the material values. And I am talking now about Martin Hinoul."
The acclaimed scientist and author of numerous books on business technology delivered a lecture on successful experience in the technological cluster for the young Ulyanovsk audience and answered plenty of questions raised by the students.
"This is not the first time I am in Ulyanovsk. The future today belongs to knowledge. We need breakthrough economy, and it is driven by the market. I can tell you at once that you will not work in Russia, Europe, or the US as countries. You will work in a focused, field-specific region. This is exactly the task Ulyanovsk is currently facing. Although the task is not a simple one, I am confident that you can accomplish it," said Martin Hinoul.
Around 300 school and university students from Ulyanovsk State University, Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University, Ulyanovsk State Technical University, and I.N. Ulyanov Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University visited ARWE 2019 Forum during the Youth Day. For those who were not able to attend personally, the event was directly broadcast to the official arwe-expo.ru website and to the local television channel UlPravda TV https://ulpravda.ru/tv.
