SPE EKRA is to Present Augmented Reality Terminals at ARWE 2019

The ARWE 2019 International Forum on Renewable Energy will include an exhibition of RES technologies and equipment. SPE EKRA LLC is a Russian enterprise with a focus on development and production of protection relays and automation devices, a leader in its segment, will present its production as well.
Participants and guests of the event will be able to learn more about microprocessor-based EKRA 217 and EKRA 050 protective terminals at the stand of the company. A unique feature of these devices is an additional USB input for the external media, which allows setting the parameters and obtaining information without a PC, as well as an Ethernet dual port.
Besides, augmented reality terminals will be displayed at the stand of SPE EKRA

EKRA Group offers a full range of software and hardware tools for automation and protection of power plants with renewable energy sources (SPP, WPP) based on its own solutions. Technical automation systems have already proven their efficiency at SPPs placed in operation.
The Group also provides services in the field of automation system implementation for RES power plants: from R&D and project development to introduction (set-up), warranty and maintenance service. For instance, in 2014, the EKRA Project Centre developed the construction project of the first solar photovoltaic power plant with the installed capacity of 25 MWt and projected increase of capacity to 40 MWt – Sakmarskaya SPPP named after A.A. Vlaznev. The SPPP construction project was defined by a few specificities, including “difficult” lands using, since the facility is located on the territory of the former ash-disposal area of a HPP.
