Applying to participate

If you would like to take part in ARWE 2022, please fill out an application form. Applications are open until May 15, 2022.

Applications will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and, if successful, you will be sent an invitation email. The length of the review process varies from participant to participant and takes a minimum of 10 days.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse an invitation to an applicant without justification.

Each participant must confirm their attendance and secure their place by signing an agreement.

The cost of participating depends on the package selected. The payment date is the date on which the funds are received by the operator of ARWE 2022, the Roscongress Foundation.

  • participation in all business programme events on 18–19 May 2022;
  • participation in the technical tour on 20 May 2022 (you must sign up to this beforehand on your Roscongress personal account);
  • unlimited access to exhibition and networking zones;
  • assistance from a Roscongress specialist with registration, accreditation, travel and accommodation;
  • information support;
  • tea and coffee;
  • meeting appointment service;
  • event materials in the Roscongress personal account.

Free entry
to the exhibition

  • participation in business programme events in the main exhibition hall;
  • access to the exhibition and networking zones.


* To pay for the participation package, you must sign an agreement or invoice contract confirming your attendance and securing your place. The payment date is the date on which the Roscongress Foundation receives the funds.
