Participation packages


Package
«Business programme participant»

RUB 45 000
(including VAT)*

  • participation in all business programme events ;
  • participation in the technical tour (you must sign up to this beforehand on your Roscongress personal account);
  • unlimited access to exhibition and networking zones;
  • assistance from a Roscongress specialist with registration, accreditation, travel and accommodation;
  • information support;
  • tea and coffee;
  • meeting appointment service;
  • event materials in the Roscongress personal account.

Free entry
to the exhibition

  • participation in business programme events in the main exhibition hall;
  • access to the exhibition and networking zones.


* To pay for the participation package, you must sign an agreement or invoice contract confirming your attendance and securing your place. The payment date is the date on which the Roscongress Foundation receives the funds.

Registration for business programme participants

If you wish to apply for the Business programme participant package, please register for a Roscongress personal account on the website of the Roscongress Foundation (the operator of ARWE 2022).

Apply to participate

Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the address you have provided containing your user name and password for your Roscongress personal account.

If you already have a Roscongress personal account, you can apply to participate in the ‘Upcoming events’ section of your personal account. The details from your account profile will be used to fill in your application automatically.

You can recover your user name or password for your personal account by sending an email to weboffice@roscongress.org

The status of your application for ARWE 2023 will be shown in the ‘My events’ section of your account. Applications will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is successful, you will receive an invitation to ARWE and the status of your application will be updated in your account in real time. The length of the review period varies by participant and the application review process takes a minimum of ten days. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject applications without justification. After receiving your invitation, please confirm your participation in ARWE in the ‘My events – Event dashboard’ section of your account. If you aren’t planning on attending ARWE, please also inform the organizers of your decision through your personal account.

Registration for visitors to the exhibition

If you wish to visit the exhibition of the All Renewable World Energy Congress & Expo (ARWE 2023), please fill in a short registration form.

Once you have filled in an application, an email will be sent to the address you have provided confirming your registration. Please note that visitors to the exhibition may only participate in the business programme events being held in the auditorium of the exhibition hall.
